While flashing it didn’t ask me for any flash-code. But when I tried to unlock my data-card using bsnl sim, it asked me for unlock code gave me 10 attempts. I used the unlock code generated by Universal MasterCode and Huawei Unlocker(both posted above) but couldn’t unlock it and all 10 attempts are lost. Now Mobile Partner says ”only specified sim/usim can be used”. I’m not getting any attempt window to insert any unlock code. Hello, i m having following modem:- Model: Huawei E1750C IMEI: 40035 S/N: NJA5TA UNLOCK: 33610287 FLASH: 51555276 I am having all my unlocking code and everything was going correct but, once i have updated my modem and its dashboard changed. I was using AIRCEL POCKET INTERNET 3G and then it becomes AIRCEL POCKET INTERNET SUPER PRO 3G. Now if i use other sim the net donot work. Dashboard contains fixed access point. It canot be changed. And everytime i uninstall and again instal the modem its shows the same dashboard software.

Update 2013 – Since this method no longer works, I have added a new guide – On my previous post I wrote about how to unlock huawei modem models. So there is another great option in most of Huawei new HSDPA modems (In cheaper models too). Today I will show you how to actviate voice calling feature hidden on your huawei medem. I have used E156G and it works on this models too. Huawei E156 / E156B / E156C / E156G First of all you need to download this piece of small software to check if your modem suports voice calls ( No matter if the feature disabled in factory settings we are going to activate it.
So its worth to check) Download it here- And run it after installing.Make sure to exit Mobile partner otherwise the software wont detect the HSPA modem. And after opening it click scan. It will then display the details of the plugged huawei modem like this- Look there is a option called Voice Feature. In this screen shot it shows enabled because I already enabled it.
In your computer it will show Disabled if your have voice calling option if not it will show Not supported. So if your software shows Voice Feature – Disabled then its the time to enable it. Click the option called Server in the DC-Unlocker software. It can unlock your locked modem too but it require 20 euros. But it doesnt require money to enable voice feature. In the user name and password field enter these- Username- Free Password- Voice. Then click “check login”.
SO DC-Unlocker will login free to unlock voice feature. Like this- Then browse to “Unlocking” section of DC-Unlocker client and click “Activate Voice”. Then it will unlock your voice calling feature! Wait there some other things to done in software section too.
You need to update to Voice calling version of mobile partner software because 95% of modems come without voice calling Mobile partner version. Download the voice calling version here- Warning you are going to flash your Huawei modem with this new version. Your current connection profile settings will be lost because of new update. And always remember to update the firmware in a steady power sourced computer. Because if your computer gets stuck or powerloss when updating firmware ( which will take 515mins) your modems firmware will be corrupted. So be sure you have steady power source to use with your computer when flashing. After downloading the New Mobile Partner firmware run it and it will update your current firmware.

Also if u want to active video call do this go to mobilepartner’s installation folder find out the file SysSetting.xml and do this modification open it in notepad and find the phrace call and change 0 to 1 now u can get a video call from u’r pc. Hi, I just wanted to give you a big THANK YOU for posting this handy little guide, it allowed me to finally confirm that I have voice capability on my Huawei E1750 3G dongle. Now, if anyone knows how I can get stuff to work through my “unlimited browsing” plan from a Windows 7 computer, my life would be a LOT less expensive and I’d have complete computing and internet access everywhere there’s wireless for less than I pay for coffee in a week! I use a little app called AutoProxy on my Android phones to use the same SIM and “unlimited browsing”. It proxy’s everything through the correct IP address and port, but I have no idea how to do that on Windows7 using my Huawei 3G dongle?? Please keep up the posts on your blog, this stuff is really interesting and especially the discovery of the free functions available through the dc-unlocker program. Although my modem had already been voice enabled and SIM unlocked, being able to CONFIRM that, AND download the correct Mobile Partner program easily was great.
